My name is Raylene Garby, and I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® with Royal LePage Atlantic since 2023. While my license may say “salesperson,” my role has never been about selling properties. I’m here to guide buyers and sellers through their real estate journeys from start to finish with care, clarity, and confidence.
My clients trust me with some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and that’s something I never take lightly. I believe in honest advice, clear communication, and making sure you feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Born and raised in Pictou County, Nova Scotia, community has always been a huge part of who I am. Being local isn’t just where I’m from, it’s how I do business. I know the area, the people, and what makes this place so special.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our two kids on our 50-acre homestead, at the barn riding horses, or volunteering as Board Chair for the Tearmann Society for Abused Women and Children.

Born and raised in Pictou County, Lauren combines her passion for farming and land with a diploma in Environmental Technology. This unique background gives her a strong understanding of the local real estate market and a genuine appreciation for land and its potential. In her spare time, Lauren can often be found completing home renovations with her partner Colin or tending to their hobby farm.
